Anybody besides me think this engine sounds way better in sport mode? I'm trying to figure out if I'm imagining it or not. I'm 100% sure I'm not imagining the significant driving feel change though. Didn't expect it to make as much of a difference as it does. Pleasantly surprised.

I think I saw a thread that there is “engine noise” piped into the cabin. Maybe it’s different during sport mode?

Definitely not imagining it. For folks that have commented (fairly) that the engine doesn't sound great, I'd recommend logging some miles in sport mode. There's still an initial delay in acceleration when you press on the gas pedal, but it sounds better and the extra pep is definitely noticeable.

How does it run in tow/haul? My Tundra was a different vehicle in tow/haul
Seems to run fine, although I've only towed my camper about 300 miles so far. I put it in tow haul mode, shifted into S5, and It performed fine, just runs a little louder because the RPM's are going to be higher. I'll be towing another 500 miles or so with it next week and will have more info to share on this topic.

How was your gas mileage and how heavy is the trailer? I haul a SxS around so 3500-4000lbs with a 2021 and looking to trade on a 2025 hybrid

My camper is a littler over 4k lbs and 16ft long. I towed it all over with my 2016 TRD Pro. I didn't keep track of the MPG while towing with the 6th gen on this last trip, but will for the one starting next week. I'd expect it to be around 11-14mpg, but we will see.

In general I am in the 10-11 range currently and have to lock in 4th gear so swinging about 3000+ on RPMS on the highway. Hoping for better gas mileage and less RPM/noise. Will be interested to hear what you get on this next trip.
