Limited with 3rd row cargo tray

Picked up my Windchill Pearl 4Runner today with 3rd row seating. Is this rear cargo tray normal or is it missing a piece?

It would only be seat backs and I don’t think they would label that cargo tray

if you flip the seats up, it would appear to be normal, no?

I agree it’s normal when the 3rd row seat is in use but mine will not be in use 99.9% of the time. Maybe Toyota will and a piece in the future. It is labeled as optional equipment R5 Cargo Tray-All Weather

Check the price on the hybrid cargo mat. The 7-seat cargo mat should be cheaper, if it’s that much smaller

I'm having a problem with my lift gate. It opens up but stops halfway. When I picked it up I had no issues. Did I press something by accident?

yeah, you can typically set (or accidentally re-set) the open position.

probably have to open the back lift gate all the way and then push and hold the 'latch button' until it beeps and resets the open position to the highest. you might want to check the manual if it requires a double push or some other combo to re-set

the option to lower the open position is good if you park underground and need to set it lower to avoid damage to the lift gate
