Front License Plate Mount - Aftermarket Options?

Not yet! I've been looking. Hopefully someone will come up with something here soon, before we all get fix it tickets...

Looks like that product is just for California and I'm not sure I'd want to stick something like that on the paint as well.... Cool idea though!
