So, may be wrong, but had so much hope for this product, and now looks as if they are going to enjoy teas and crumpets with the (Benedict Arnold) company Canoo? What about the good old USA? Am I wrong about this?

That's not what they mean... By "launch" they just mean that Stellantis has decided to also sell the Ram 1500 REV in Europe. "Launch" doesn't mean they're introducing it in Europe first before the US market.

This is clear when they say later in the article:

The all-electric Ram 1500 REV will launch in Europe by Q3 2025. Ram claims its electric pickup will “offer best-in-class driving range, towing and payload capacity, and the largest frunk in the segment.”​

So it'll launch early 2025 in US and then later in Europe by Q3 2025.
