Deposit Refund Process?

Has anyone gone through the refund process to get the $100 deposit back? Have sent a couple of emails with no response. Tried calling but wait times are long and the call keeps ending?

We canceled our RAMcharger pre-order spot a couple months ago. I called on phone, got through pretty quickly and they canceled our account with no questions asked. The refund itself took a while after that… maybe a month or so to get credited back on the card.

The FAQ at the bottom of this page implies that the only way to cancel is via phone…
